★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제주 돼지고기, 소고기가 있는 곳. 옥수수를 연료로 태우는 그릴에 밑간이 된 고기를 직접 구워 주십니다. (최근에 가니 사람이 많아서인지 전처럼 완전 마크해서 구워주시지는 않더군요.) 돼지고기가 특히 맛있는 것 같아요. 같이 나오는 밑반찬들도 정말 맛있습니다. 여러 가지 방법으로 먹을 수 있어서 재미있어요. 주먹밥도 맛있습니다. 사장님이 친절하십니다. 비교적 한가한 시간에 가는 걸 추천합니다. 가끔 시끄러울 때가 있어요.
 Jeju pork and beef. You grill the undercooked meat directly on a grill that burns corn. (There was a lot of people lately, so I didn't cook it as it was before.) Pork is particularly delicious. The side dishes that come with it are also delicious. It's fun to eat in many ways. The rice ball is also delicious. The boss is kind. It is recommended to go in relatively free time. Sometimes it's noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 목살 ★★★★★ - 엄청나게 두꺼워서 이름부터 스테이크 목살이고 시그니처 메뉴입니다. 굽는데 오래걸리긴 하지만 어차피 다 구워주시고 또 굉장히 두껍게 잘라주시는데 속이 안익을까봐 걱정은 되었으나 막상 먹었을 때 그 식감이 끝내줍니다.
삼겹살 ★★★★☆ 삼겹살 역시 두툼하게 주셔서 굽다가 중간에 잘라주는데 목살과 달리 평범한 삼겹살 크기로 잘라줍니다 (하남돼지집 정도) 역시 맛은 있으나 목살만큼은 아니라 별 4.5개
송이버섯 ★★★★★ 송이버섯을 자르지 않고 통째로 굽습니다. 처음에 저희가 자를까 하다가 직원분이 안자른 이유가 있겠지? 라는 생각으로 안잘랐더니 다 굽고 나서 가로로 잘라주시는데 그 안에 버섯 수분이 정말 기가막힙니다. 쫄깃쫄깃.
비빔면 ★★ 주문하고 한참이나 뒤에 나오는 것은 둘째치고 자극적인 맛이 없어서 고기와 잘 어울리지 않는다는 생각이 들었습니다. 삼삼한 맛을 원하신다면 드실만하지만 신맛도 없고 맵고 단 맛도 부족했습니다.
평범한 4인가족 기준 돼지한판 + 목살 2인분 시켰다가 부족한 것 같아서 추가로 목살 2인분 더시켰는데 안시켜도 될뻔 했습니다. 1명이 1.5인분 먹으면 된다고 생각하시면 될듯합니다.
평일 저녁에 갔는데 웨이팅 있었습니다. 고기굽는 시간이 오래걸려 회전이 늦은듯!

Matsutake Mushrooms ★★★★★ Matsutake Mushrooms are not cut. Is there any reason why the staff didn't cut when we first cut it? I thought it wasn't cut, but after baking, cut it horizontally, but the mushroom moisture is really amazing. Chewy.
Bibimyeonmyeon ★★ After ordering and coming out after a long time, I had a second and irritating taste, so I thought that it didn't go well with meat. If you want a fresh taste, it is delicious, but it has no sour taste and lacks spicy and sweet taste.
It wasn't necessary to add an additional two servings of pork because it seemed to be insufficient after a normal four-family standard pork cut + two servings. You may think that one person can eat 1.5 servings.
I went on a weekday evening, but there was a weight. It seems like the meat is taking a long time and the rotation is late!

구워주기때문에 연기 냄새가 거의 나지않아서 매우좋고
고기도 구수하고 부드러워서 매우 맛있었습니다
단점으로는 자리가 협소하여서 저녁사람들이 몰리는 시간에는 웨이팅이 빈번히 일어나기때문에 연락하시고서
방문드리는걸 추천드립니다

아쉽게 스테이크 이름 값은 못 하는거같아요ㅠ.ㅠ
일반 목살집이랑 비슷한 식감이고
특별히 더 부드럽다는 느낌은 못 받았어요
