★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있습니다! 출장와서 근처 맛집이 뭐가 있을까 찾아보다가 방문한 곳입니다. 점심이 더럽게 맛없어서 저녁은 정말 맛집으로 가고싶었는데, 정말 기대이상으로 훌륭했습니다!
일단 기본 양꼬치가 양념으로 초벌이 되서 나오는데, 그 양념이 안짜고 적당히 감칠맛이 나면서 매콤?매콤까진 아니고 암튼 비린내도 잡아주고 맛있고 적절합니다. 고기도 너무 부드럽고요~~
탕수육이랑 마라탕도 시켰는데 일단 탕수육은 꿔바로우식이였고, 양념이 되게 달면서 자극적인 맛이였어요. 전 좋았습니다.
그리고 마라탕은 진짜 향신료가 짱쎄서 먹으면서 마라탕이랑 결투를 하고 있는 기분이였습니다. 스트레스가 확 풀리는 맛이였어요. 다만 마라탕 그 특유의 향신료 안좋아하는 분들은 안맞을 수 있고, 다음날 배가 아플수 있습니다. 하지만 저는 매우 맛있게 먹었습니다~~!!
암튼 세 메뉴가 아무래도 다 자극적이다 보니까 서비스로 주신 오이무침을 자꾸 먹게되더라고요 이것도 별미입니다. 그리고 밥 한공기 시켜서 같이 먹었더니 밸런스가 잘 맞았어요.
 Delicious! This is the place I visited after looking for a restaurant nearby after a business trip. Lunch was dirty and I really wanted to go to a restaurant for dinner, but it was amazing beyond expectations!
First, the basic lamb skewers come out after being primed with seasoning, and the seasoning is not salty and has a moderate umami taste, and it is not spicy or spicy, but also catches the fishy smell and is delicious and appropriate. The meat is too soft~~
I also ordered sweet and sour pork and maratang, but first, the sweet and sour pork was a kyubarou style, and the seasoning was very sweet and stimulating. I was good.
And I felt like I was having a duel with Maratang while eating Maratang with the real spices. It tasted relieved my stress. However, those who do not like maratang's unique spices may not be suitable, and the next day may have a stomachache. But I enjoyed it very much~~!!
Anyway, all three menus are stimulating, so I keep eating cucumber stew that I gave as a service. This is also a delicacy. And when we ordered a bowl of rice and ate it together, the balance went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 양꼬치는 구이기계 구멍에 꽂아야 하는 번거로움이 있지만, 맛은 현지 분위기가 느껴진다, 손님도 많고... 소꼬치,양꼬치,가지볶음,건두부 요리와 소주까지 셋이서 9만원이 넘었네...
너무 많이 먹은건가...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 금요일 밤 여섯시에 갔더니 웨이팅이 있어서 1차 놀람. 양꼬치가 먹기 좋게 다져져 있고 잡내도 없음. 꿔바로우는 바삭하고 맛있었다. 온면을 못 먹고 온게 아쉽다.
I went at 6pm on a Friday night and there was a wait, which was the first surprise. The lamb skewers are finely chopped and there is no stench. The kuobao was crispy and delicious. It's a pity I couldn't eat the whole noodle.
