고층에 살아도 층간소음 심하지 않고 아파트주민 사이도 원만한편이라 서로 인사도 하면서 안면도 트이네요.
아이들도 많고 주변에 학교들이 가까워서 걸어서 초중고등학교다니는 학생들도 많더라고요.
아파트니 난방도 잘 되고, 주변이 번화가와 가까운 주택단지라 편의시설이 가까워서 대형마트, 천안터미널, 시네마 등 인근이라 여가생활하기도 좋아요.
