K	K숭경 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 도넛과 꽈배기 맛은 좋습니다ᆢ ..... 맛이 좋아서 근처에 오면 꼭 들리는곳ᆢ 하지만 오늘은 많은 실망으로 이글을 올립니다ᆢ ᆢ 오전 11시 조금지나서 1만원포장 1셑트와 커피2잔을 주문ᆢ조금후에 받아서 이동하면서 도넛을 살피던 아내가 너무 식었다고 투덜ᆢ 오늘은 비가오면서 다소 서늘한 날씨라서 따뜻함이 와닿던 날ᆢ 전화로 도넛이 너무 식었다고하니까 ᆢ비가오는 날이라 조금 식었단다ᆢ 살때마다 따뜻했는데 오늘은 너무 식었다고 다시 말을 하니 똑같은 말 되풀이 하면서 자기는 메뉴얼대로 대답하는것이란다ᆢ 그냥 손님 비오는 날이다보니 조금 식은것 같은데 미안합니다했으면 이해할수도 있을건데ᆢ계속 메뉴얼대로 대응하는것이라는 대답만 되풀이 하대요ᆢ ᆢ 짜증나서 전화을ᆢ 나는 메뉴얼대로 일을 했고 손님의 불만에도 메뉴얼 대로 대응했으니 마음에 안들면 오지 말라는듯ᆢᆢ 그래서 다음부터는 안가기로ᆢᆢ The donuts and pretzel taste goodᆢ .....
