★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 좀 이상해요. 저번엔 굳이 테이크아웃인지 매장취식인지 물어보다가 머그컵에 달라니까 우리뿐만 아니라 다른손님들 모두 테이크아웃잔에 줘서 당황시키고, 오늘은 21시 43분에 주문했는데 10시까지인거 말도안해주고 그러면서 오늘은 제대로 머그컵잔에줬는데 10시까지라고 5분전에 알려줘서 진짜 헐레벌떡마시게하고. (2단계 2주 연장이어서 헷갈리는건 알겠지만 매장은 마감시간이 예정되어있는 사안이니 손님에게 미리 알려줬어야하는거 아닐까요)
생각해보니 매장 내 방송안내도 없었고 bgm도없고 뭔가 휑했었네요, 다른 테이블 아주머니들도 긴가민가하면서 나가시고.
오픈한지 두달이 넘은거같은데 혹시 신입이 계속 나가는것으로 생기는 교육불충분의 문제라면 뭔가 윗선의 문제아닌가요? 브랜드는 좋지만 매장별 서비스 질은 천차만별같네요.
It's kind of weird. Last time, I asked if it was takeout or in-store dining, and it was different for the mug, so we and the other customers were all embarrassed by giving it a takeout cup. I gave it to a mug, but he told me 5 minutes before 10 o'clock, so he really made me drink all the time. (I know it's confusing because it's a two-week extension, but the store has a scheduled closing time, so shouldn't I have informed customers in advance?)
Come to think of it, there was no broadcasting guide in the store, there was no bgm, and something was wrong, and the other table ladies went out gaily.
It looks like it's been open for over two months, but if it's a problem of insufficient education caused by the continuous entry of new recruits, isn't it a problem with the upper management? The brand is good, but the quality of service varies by store.
