조	조현수 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다음 사항들이 개선되지 않으면 손님이 두번은 안올 집 1. 우리가 먹은 갈매기살 고기가 어떻게 숙성을 시키는지 모르지만 너무 짠 것. 2. 3인분 고기를 점원이 한꺼번에 숯불위에 올리는데 그냥 손님이 알아서 구워먹게 놔 둘것. 3. 한판에 다올린 고기가 겉에묻은 양념들이 타서 불판이 검게되자 불판을 갈아주는게 아니고 아직 고기가 조금더 익어야 하는데 숯불을 빼는 것. 불을 빼버리면 쌓아놓은 고기가 식게되고 고기는 기름기가 있으므로 식으면서 굳어지는 기름때문에 식감이 확 떨어짐 장사는 큰 것에서 손님이 재방문 하는 것보다 작은 디테일에 재방문을 결정 합니다. 결론 : 두번은 가고싶지 않았음 If the following things are not improved, the house will not have guests coming twice. 1.
