각 한 접시마다 개성있지만 잘 어우러지는 소스들로 해석했다!
모던하고 새로운분위기 하지만 맛에는 근본이 있었다 ?
꽤나 높은 도수를 가진, 하지만 그렇게 공격적이지않은 잔파블랙 두병과 함께했다.
사실 준비된 소스없이도 스스로 가지고있는 맛만 가지고도 맛있었던 오뎅 들.

Each dish is interpreted as a unique but well-matched sauce!
It has a modern and new atmosphere, but the taste has a root ?
It was with two bottles of Zanpa Black, which had quite a high power, but were not so aggressive.
In fact, the odens were delicious even with their own taste without any prepared sauce.

사진에 맛이 담기지 않는게 아쉽네...
화장실이 외부에 있어 좀 불편하지만
그래도 별 하나도 빼기 싫은집 ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일본식 오뎅을 그대로 한국에서도 즐길 수 있는 오뎅바
음식 : 한국식 어묵이 아닌, 일본식 오뎅을 판다. 미리 알아보고 오시는 것을 추천. 다양한 종류의 오뎅 각각이 맛이 살아있고 소스도 원하는 것을 찍을 수 있어 좋았다. 한국에서 접하기 힘들 일식 오뎅을 고급지게 대접해서 약간 가격이 있긴 하지만 만족스러운 식사였음. 특히 버섯크림소스를 얹은 무와 예쁜 그릇에 나오는 소 힘줄, 치즈가 올라간 치쿠와가 맛있었다.
분위기 : 중앙에 직원분들이 있고 그를 둘러싸 사람들이 앉는 전형적인 일본바의 느낌이고 그릇에도 신경쓴 것이 좋았지만 좀 좁음. 어둡고 시끌벅적한 분위기라 둘이 가기에는 괜찮고 일본식 바 특유의 분위기가 느껴져 특별한 경험을 할 수 있음
서비스 : 사실 서비스가 많이 아쉬웠다. 직원분들이 바쁘시기도 하지만, 불러도 돌아보지 않으시고 좀 불친절하시다. 그리고 오뎅바면 오뎅 국물을 기본으로 주셨으면 하는데, 달라고 요청하고도 한-창 뒤(10분도 넘은 것 같음ㅠ)에 주셔서 썩 유쾌하진 않았다. 화장실도 야외 2층에 있어 불편함,,, 웨이팅을 1시간 가까이 해서 그런지 서비스에 아쉬움이 더 많이 남음

Food: They sell Japanese-style oden, not Korean fish cakes. It is recommended to check in advance and come. Each of the various types of oden had a good taste, and it was good to be able to take the sauce you want. Japanese oden, which is hard to find in Korea, was served luxuriously, so it was a bit pricey, but it was a satisfying meal. In particular, the radish topped with mushroom cream sauce, beef tendon in a pretty bowl, and chikuwa topped with cheese were delicious.
Atmosphere: It feels like a typical Japanese bar with staff in the center and people sitting around him. It's dark and noisy, so it's okay for two to go.
Service: Actually, the service was very disappointing. Although the staff are busy, they do not look back even when called and are a bit unkind. Also, I would like to have oden broth as a base for odenba noodles, but even after asking for it, it was not very pleasant because it was served after one window (I think it took more than 10 minutes). The toilet is also on the 2nd floor outdoors, which is inconvenient.
