ソウル地下鉄鐘路3街駅6番出口から昌徳宮に向かう広い並木道の途中に有る韓国風刺身のお店。店の看板には영진수산 (ヨンジンスサン)とあります。2017年9月に飛び込みで初めて入りましたが、とても美味しいかったので、2018年9月にも2回訪れました。 日本風に言えば活け作りコースがメインメニューです。まず魚を選び人数に応じて魚の大きさを選びます。 最初に訪れた時は日本では余り馴染みがないが韓国ではとても人気が有ると聞いていたウロック(우럭 黒ソイ)を注文しました。一人だったのでサイズは小(35,000ウォン)です。焼魚、素麺の和え物、コーングラタン、ゆで海老等をつまみに焼酎を傾けながら待つこと暫し、つまの上に綺麗に盛り付けられた刺身が来ました。 刺身と薄造りの中間位の厚みですがソイの肉質が結構コリコリしているので丁度いい食感でした。味も淡白で有りながら旨味も充分で白身としては最上の部類で、後日食べた平目と比べても勝るとも劣らない程でした。 小と言っても丸一匹は結構な量で、山葵醤油、コチュジャンベースの辛いタレをつけてエゴマの葉で巻いて等色々の食べ方を楽しめます。最後にはウロックの握り4貫まで出て大満足でした。 ソウルのまん中で活きのよい海鮮が食べられたのは嬉しい驚きでした‼️?
A Korean-style sashimi restaurant located in the middle of a wide tree-lined road from Exit 6 of Jongno 3-ga Station on the Seoul Subway to Changdeokgung Palace. The sign of the store says 영진 수산 (Yongjin Susan). I entered for the first time in September 2017, but it was so delicious that I visited twice in September 2018. Speaking in Japanese style, the main menu is the Ikizukuri course. First select the fish and choose the size of the fish according to the number of people. When I first visited, I ordered a rockfish (우럭 black rockfish), which I heard was not very familiar in Japan but very popular in Korea. Since I was alone, the size is small (35,000 won). After waiting for a while while tilting the shochu with grilled fish, somen noodles, corn gratin, boiled shrimp, etc., the sashimi that was beautifully presented on the knob came. The thickness is between that of sashimi and thin, but the texture of the soy is quite crunchy, so the texture was just right. Although the taste was pale, the taste was sufficient and it was the best white meat, and it was not inferior to the flatfish that I ate at a later date. Even if it's small, it's a good amount, and you can enjoy various ways of eating it, such as adding wasabi soy sauce and spicy gochujang-based sauce and wrapping it with perilla leaves. At the end, I was very satisfied with the 4 pieces of Urock's grip. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to eat lively seafood in the middle of Seoul! ️?

숙성회에 연어가 반정도 나왔는데요 숙성회에 싸구려 연어가 나오는것 첨보네요 또 밥은 누룽지에 밥알이 태국산처럼 부서져 전혀 찰기라곤 찾아볼수 없네요 지금까지 갔던 횟집중에 worst 순위 삼위안에 듭니다!!!
Half of the salmon came out at the aging party. It's the first time I've seen cheap salmon coming out at a maturing party. Also, the rice is nurungji and the grains of rice are broken like that from Thailand, so it is not sticky at all It ranks in the top 3 of the worst sushi restaurants I've ever been to!!!
