★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 철판 닭갈비를 조리할때 뚜껑을 덮어서 익히는 방식으로 조리하여 고기 맛은 기름 맛은 덜하고 약간 찐듯한 맛이 난다. 닭고기에서 베어나오는 기름진 맛을 좋아한다면 지금은 심심한 맛으로 부족하게 느껴질 수 있다. 쭈꾸미나 낙지를 곁들일 수 있는데 그러면 수분으로 인하여 더욱 더 수육같은 맛이 날 수 있다.
When cooking teppanyaki chicken ribs, cover the lid to cook them, so the taste of the meat is less oily and has a slightly steamed taste. If you like the oily taste that comes out of chicken, you may feel that it lacks the boring taste now. You can add zucchini or octopus, which will make the taste more like beef broth due to the moisture.
