R	Reina Suyeon Mun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여러분 제발 동수원병원은 가지맙시다. 예약해서갔는데, 진료후 의사와 간호사들 실수로인해 재접수만 4번했네요... 금방끝날거를 2시간이나 늦게끝났어요. 간호사랑 의사가 처방전에 실수를 자꾸해서 결제하는도중에도 금액이 변경되고 결제취소하고 재결제를 3번이나 했네요..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 근데 어디서 부가금액이 발생햇는지 말도안해주고... 그외에, 주사를맞고나서 샤워하지 말라는 얘기도 안해주고. 피부반응검사하는데 그냥 볼펜으로 제피부에 마킹하고 아무말없으시더라고요. 그러고는 삼일뒤에오라해서, 제가 물어보고나서야 볼펜으로그린거 지워지면 안된다고 하더라고요. 샤워해야하는데 그냥 살살만 문지르라는데..ㅋㅋ 또한, 주사놔줄때 무슨주사인지 자꾸 설명이없으시길래, 무슨주사냐고 물어보니까 이미 제가 접종받은 주사였더라고요. 제가이미 맞았다고하니까, 의사가 처방전에 이미썻다고, 본인은 나몰라라해서 저보고 다시그럼 의사직접 찾아가서 물어보라고하네요.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 어이가없어서 다시찾아가보니까, 그과 의사는 또다른얘기하고.. 의사랑 간호사간 소통도 부실하고, 진짜 대기만 주구장창하는병원이네요.. 제가 여간 다녀간 병원중 최악입니다.. 정말.. 놀랍네요 이게병원이란게.. Other than that, He didn't even tell me not to take a shower after getting an injection. I checked my skin reaction, but I just marked it on my skin with a ballpoint pen and said nothing. Then he said to come after 3 days, and only after I asked, he said that the drawing with a ballpoint pen should not be erased. I have to take a shower, but I just have to rub it gently.. haha Also, when I was given an injection, I couldn't explain what injection it was, so when I asked what injection it was, it was the injection I had already received. Because I said I was already right, the doctor said that I had already written the prescription, and I didn't know, so I asked him to go back to the doctor and ask him again. It's a hospital with poor communication between doctors and nurses, and it's the worst hospital I've been to. It's really... I'm surprised that this is a hospital..
김	김현진 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 좋지 않은 경험에 리뷰달러왔는데 역시나였네요, 2021년 6월 28일 3-5시경 응급실에서 근무하시던 의사분 환자와 전화통화후 타 환자들이 다 듣는 와중에 환자 뒷담은 좀 아니지않나요? 간호사 분들 역시 무례하고 불친절하시네요. 공짜로 병고처 달라고 온거 아닐텐데요. 말투부터 지나다닐때 환자 침상 툭툭 치고다니고. 입원병동에서는 링겔주사약 시트에 쏟더니 갈아준다해놓고, 한참을 기다려도 안와서 물어보니 직접갈아야한다며 한숨 푹 쉬고, 장난합니까? 주사약 저희가 쏟았습니까? 아니 뭐 공부하다보니 머리에 용량부족해서 예의범절을 빼놓고 의학지식 넣으신겁니까? 다른분들은 이런 경험 하지않으셨으면합니다. 다른병원 가세요. 대기시간이 짧은데는 이유가 있어요. 이	이대현 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 살다살다 이렇게 불친절한 병원은 처음가봄 ㅋㅋㅋ 예약해도 1시간 뒤에야 진찰받고 예약 잡는거 일정때문에 그 날 불가능하다니까 "그럼 어쩌라는거에요" ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 간호사인지 간호조무사인지 모르겠는데 그 아줌마 말듣고 기분이 진짜 개더러웠음 ㅋㅋ 보니까 여기 평점도 낮고 리뷰도 다 거기서 거기던데 병원가기전에 구글 검색해서 리뷰를 볼걸 후회되네 ㅋㅋㅋ It's the first time I've been to such an unfriendly hospital in my life. Haha. Even if I make a reservation, it's only an hour later, and it's impossible to get an appointment on that day because of the schedule. It was a dog haha I see that the ratings here are low and all the reviews are there, but I regret that I did a Google search before going to the hospital to see the reviews.

I love that you explained in detail what the patient might be curious about. The only disappointment is that it is difficult to make an online reservation or print documents online.
지	지프레니게 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이사 온 지 얼마 안 돼서 수원 토박이 언니한데 물 오보니 예전에 좋았어~~라고 하고 또 리뷰도 좋은 편은 아니라 갈까 말까 고민했는데 쓸데없는 짓 했다 싶습니다 담당 선생님도 친절하시고 물어보니 설명도 잘해주시고 약 많이 먹는거 뭐~좋은거냐며 환자상태 봐가면서 약 은 추가해도 된다고 하시더라구요. 물론 간호사님 친절하셨죠. 전에 다니던 병원처럼 똑같이 검사했는데 진료비가 저렴했어요. 병원 등급 차이 있다지만 저 같은 경우 한 4만 원 차이 나던데요. 요즘 병원 시설 같지않아도 진료 잘 봐주고 합리적 가격에 직원분들이 친절하면 된거 아닌가요? 저 개인적으로는 아주 만족스럽습니다. H	H J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I stopped by this hospital to get an Antigen test. First, the lady who was helping with filling out the papers was extremely rude. She was very annoyed and she kept yelling at people. When I told her that I can't hear her very well because of the face shield and masks, she got even more furious. I think she hates her job. Second, they were trying to charge PCR rate instead of Antigen rate so I had to fix it. Lastly, for some reason, they didn't look at my order carefully and I ended up getting an antibody test (blood test) . The male staff didn't apologize for his mistake. I guess that's a normal mistake here so they don't even care.

After preliminary examination doctor gave enough information about further process and our willingness. After blood test also, doctor explained very well about results and causes. And finally doctor gave brief details of about reason about suggesting medicines. More crowd in medicine store. Front desk members, doctor's assistance and test lab technicians are very attentive and informative.?
