The pork cutlet was delicious with sweet and spicy sauce. But it wasn't good with bean sprouts. Bean sprouts were crunchy and the seasoning was tasty. Steamed rice was too dry but it was good with bean sprouts. Busan Jjolmyeon; The noodles were chewy and the slippery texture was not good. The rich udon soup and fish cake were great.
