★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다슬기탕과 다슬기손수제비를 먹어봤습니다.
점심시간에 가니 밖에서 줄을 서야 할 정도로 사람이 많더군요.
모두 좌식 2인용 24테이블 = 48석이 아주 다닥다닥 붙어있는
작은 식당입니다.
양반다리하고 앉아 있으면 바로 옆 사람 무릎이 닿을 정도로
테이블이 작고 밀집되어 있습니다.
직원분들이 친절합니다만, 가장 바쁜 시간에 가서인지
음식 나오는 데 약 20분 걸렸습니다.
맛부터 말씀드리면, 다슬기손수제비는 먹을만 합니다만
다슬기탕은 쓴 맛이 많이 올라옵니다.
그것이 다슬기 때문인지, 그 안에 많이 들어있는 부추 때문인지는 모르겠습니다.
특히 다슬기 딱지가 음식에 적잖이 들어 있습니다.
참고로, 이 식당을 차량으로 찾아가는 것이 쉽지는 않습니다.
건물 뒷편에 숨어 있어서
'설마 이곳으로 들어가야 하나?'라는 생각이 드는 길로 들어가셔야 합니다.
들어가고 보면 주차공간이 있기는 합니다.
밑반찬도 그렇고 메인 요리도 그렇고,
더운 여름, 너무 분주한 시간에 방문해서였는지
그 가격에 만족할 만한 식사는 아니었던 것으로 기억합니다.

11시 정각에 들어가본 결과 11시30분 정도에 만석.
주차장도 댈곳 없어짐.
일대에서는 정말 유명한집.
다닌지 6년 정도 되는것 같음.
그 사이에 닭도리탕 메뉴도 사라지고.
테이블도 입식으로 바뀌었지만 맛과 양은 변함 없는집.
처음때보다 약간 매운맛이 더 가미된것 같음.
안 맵게 주문 가능하니 참조.
점심시간은 피해서 가는게 좋음.
주문들어오면 한번에 끓여서 내보내고 다시 끓이는 방식이라 운 안좋으면 오래 기다림.
포장가능하고
배달은 직접 퀵을 보내주면 가능한것 같음.
주차는 1시간 무료인데
주차장이 넓은데 항상 만차 임.
주변 골목에 댈곳도 마땅치 않음.
눈치껏 잘 대야 함.
웬만히 많이 먹는 사람들도 수제비 다 먹으면 배부름.
탕을 시키고 수제비 좀 넣어주세요~하면 조금 넣어주심.
상대적으로 여름에는 대기가 짧고
추워지면 길어짐.

정말 좋아하는 집.
다만 점심때는 기다려야 하는집.
다슬기수제비의 경우 국물의 탁월이야 물론이고, 수제비의 쫀득거림의 식감은 거의 완벽해보임.
자주 다니지만 한번도 기다림없이 들어가본적 없음.
다슬기탕 수제비 두가지 메뉴 있음.

전주에는 꽤 많이 있는 메뉴인거 같습니다. 국물이 시원하고 평소에 자주 먹을 수 없는 음식이라 지역에 가면 한 번씩 먹어보시길 추천합니다. 건물 뒤쪽에 낣은 주차장이 있으나 카카오네비는 입구가 막힌 주차장 입구로 안내해주네요. 대로변쪽에서 들어가셔야 입구를 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 포장하신다면 김치, 깍두기는 같이 싸 달라고 말씀하세요. 말하지 않으면 안 싸우시는 듯~
