★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 동네 어차피 진짜 먹을때가 없는 동네다. 생활의 달인에서 중식덕후라고 수타면 노포짜장면집으로 소개된집인데 가본사람은 다들 알것이다. 여자사장님이 불쾌 할 수 있을 정도로 유쾌함을 가장하여 까탈스럽게 대한다. 나무젓가락 냅두고 수저통 만지면 혼난다. 사진찍을 시간은 주신다. 짜장면 건더기도 없고 면 양도 너무적은데 6천원이나 받는다(너무 금방 먹으니 면하고 짜장 더주심)면은 수타라 쫄깃하나 국물이 맹물이라 그런지 깊은맛이 전혀없다. 감동은 없는 그런 노포이나 방문하면 추억은 될것이다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내가 지금까지 가본 모든 곳을 통틀어 가장 불친절했던 곳. 나는 이 곳을 아버지와 함께 찾았는데 우리 둘이 들어오는걸 보고 여자ㅅㅏ장님 (남자 사장님의 아내인지 여자친구인지 모를) 이 "둘이 오면 우리 남는게 없는데. 여섯명은 와야지." 라고 말을 했고 이후에도 연신 투덜투덜. 이 곳의 메뉴는 짜장면, 짬뽕, 우동, 탕수육 네가지인데 탕수육은 25,000원. 나머지는 모두 6,000원이다. 사실 25,000원짜리 탕수육 맛을 보고 싶었지만 이미 기분이 상할대로 상한 아버지의 표정을 보고 짜장면 곱배기와 짬뽕을 주문했다. 그러자 역시 여자분은 "우리 양은 적어. 곱배기로 주문해야해." 그냥 무시하고 있으니 주방에서 턱, 턱 큰소리가 나 살펴보니 남자 사장님이 바로 수타로 면을 만드신다. 손님이 우리밖에 없어서 그런지 만들어진 면에 바로 짜장을 얹어 짜장이 나오고, 이미 만들어진 국물에 면을 말아 짬뽕이 나왔다. 곱배기로 주문을 했지만 그래도 적은 양. 아버지는 대충 먹고 밖으로 나가버리셔서 군대에서도 음식 늦게먹기로 유명했던 나지만 허겁지겁먹고 계산을 했다. 약 60년전통의 노포이고 남자사장님의 그 시간동안 수타면을 만들어 온 지역의 명소 같은 곳이 단 한명의 사람으로 이렇게 바뀔 수도 있구나 라는 것을 배운 곳. 다음에는 꼭 여섯명을 모아 가서 탕수육 맛도 보기로 결심 한 곳. 나에게 오래간만에 오기가 생긴 곳이다.

전체적으로 양은 적은편 입니다. 그리고 조미료를 쓰지 않는거 같아요~ 먹고난 후에도 속이 편안하네요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내가보기엔 여기 음식이 입에 안맞는 분들은 그분들 탓도 아니고 여기 사장님 탓도 아님 시대가 변하고 음식이 너무 많은 변화를 해왔기 때문이다. 여기는 60~80년대에 먹었던 음식을 좋아 한다면 여기가 괜찮겠지만 젊은분들에게는 입맛에는 맞지 않을거임
아무리 생활의 달인 나왔어도 손님인데 예의는 갖추시길 바랍니다.
