★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 키오스크 사용방법을 모르거나 서툰 사람들이 있다. 그로인해 뒷사람까지 주문이 늦어진다. 카운터 안에서 카드주문은 키오스크로만 하라고 외칠게 아니라 가끔 나와서 손님에게 사용법을 가르쳐줄 필요가 있다.

다른점은 아주머니 두분이 오더를 받고 있더라고요 친절하게 잘 응대하시고
주문용 키오스크가 설지되어 있어
여유있게 주문할수 있어 좋아요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 새벽 2시 까지해서 야식먹기 좋음. 야간 배달원들이 쉴공간이 없는지 옆자리에 모여 앉아 있는데 쳐다보는게 좀 무서움. 직원 휴게실이 따로 필요하다.
It is good to eat late at 2am. There, sitting together on the seat beside overnight delivery guy that there is no space to rest a little fear do not you look at me. Staff break rooms are required separately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 배달 시키면 버거가 납작해져서 맛도 떨어지길래 픽업하러 갔드니 빵이 살짝 얹어놓은듯 넘 맛났어요~~
직원분들 친절하시고 바로 앞에 잠시 주차도 가능합니다.
When I delivered it, the burger became flat and the taste was also low.
The staff are very friendly and parking is available right in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 집 근처 롯데리아도 있지만 멀어서 일부러 운전까지 해서 먹으러 갑니다.
직원, 알바 모두 친절하시고 햄버거 야채도 감자튀김도 신선하고 바삭,아삭! 맛있어요. 팥빙수와 치킨도 여기 먹다가 다른지점은 못 먹겠구요. 또 가고싶네요
There is also Lotteria near my house, but since it is far away, I even drive on purpose to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 그닥...직원들이 친절하진안내요...손님이 왕인 시대는 지났지만...손님을 알로보는건..아니지않나요..흠 ..직원교육이 필요한것같습니다...다 같은 햄버거 다같은콜라.
그럼..젤 중요한건..친절한 써비스...좀 마니부족하네요
