J	Jack Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 란도리 갈 때 매 번 본 가게인데, 방문한다 방문한다 하다가 드디어 방문하였다. 가게 외관부터 내부까지 일본 느낌이 물씬 나는 가게였다. 3인이 앉을 수 있는 좌석까지 하여 총 13명 가량 앉을 수 있는 형식이었고 다찌에는 두 좌석마다 칸막이가 있었다. 우리는 기본돈코츠와 매운돈코츠를 하나씩 시켰다. 앞에는 여러 소스들(덮밥에 넣는 것, 청양고추, 갓김치 등..)이 있었고 주방이 살짝 보였다. 주문한지 5-10분 안에 음식이 나왔다. 생각보다 국물이 진하여 맛있었고 또 면종류 또한 (명칭을 모른다, 공부를 좀 해야할 듯 하다) 필자가 개인적으로 좋아하는 스타일이었다. 짝꿍의 매운맛 라멘도 칼칼하니 맛있게 매운 맛이었다. 약간 심심할 수도 있지만 느끼하지 않고 짜지 않다고 써있는 것처럼 그런 포인트들이 느껴졌고 또 간이 약하거나 세면 언제든 주인분께 말씀드릴 수 있는 시스템이 마음에 들었다. 썰은 파가 곁들여진 게 아주 맘에 들었는데 면과 함께 먹을 때 아주 잘 어울린다고 느껴졌다. 또 청양고추를 살짝 풀어 먹으니 다른 분의 추천과 가게 앞에 써있는 것처럼 더욱 맛있게 먹을 수 있었다. 교자 또한 짜지 않고 약간 심심할 수도 있는 맛이었지만 간장이 있고 또 겉바속촉이 잘 어우러져서 맛이 괜찮았다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 식사였다. 아쉬운 것은 다찌 쪽 의자가 너무 높아서 필자같이 앉은 키가 큰 사람은 식사할 때 조금 불편하다는 점? 이 되겠다. 동명동이야 주차가 헬이긴한데 보통 가게쪽으로 올라가는 언덕에 주차 공간이 하나씩 있으니 그 쪽에 하면 될 듯 하다. This is the store I see every time I go to Randori. From the outside to the inside, it was a shop with a Japanese feel. It was a type that could seat about 13 people in total, including three seats, and there was a partition for each of the two seats in the Dachi. We ordered one basic tonkotsu and one spicy tonkotsu. There were several sauces (things to put on rice bowl, cheongyang pepper, fresh kimchi, etc.) in front and a glimpse of the kitchen. Food came out within 5-10 minutes of ordering. The soup was thicker than I expected and it was delicious, and the noodles were also my personal favorite (I don't know the name, I think I need to study a bit). My partner's spicy ramen was also spicy and delicious. It may be a little boring, but I felt like it was written that it was not greasy and not salty, and I liked the system where I could tell the owner whenever the liver was weak or counted. I really liked that it was served with chopped green onion, but I felt that it went very well with noodles. Also, when I ate a little bit of Cheongyang pepper, I was able to eat it more deliciously, as recommended by others and written in front of the store. The gyoza was also not salty and could be a bit boring, but it was good because it had soy sauce and the outside texture was well mixed. Overall it was a satisfying meal. The sad thing is that the chair on the Dachi side is too high, making it a little uncomfortable for tall people like me to eat? this will be In Dongmyeong-dong, parking is easy, but there is usually one parking space on the hill that goes up to the store, so you can do it on that side.
