★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한 시간 이상 기다리는 걸 감안하고 중국집에 주문 넣는 고객은 없을겁니다. 중국집에 전화하는 이유는 식사를 빨리 해결하기 위함이니깐요.
다만 주문 전화 도중에, 혹은 하다 못해 다시 전화를 주셔서 미리 늦어질 수 있다는 말씀을 해 주셨더라면 아마 저도 그냥 기다렸을겁니다.
사전에 그런 이야기도 없었는데다, 한 시간이 넘어서 재확인 한 뒤에 이제 출발했다는 이야기를 듣고 30분을 더 기다려도 오지 않아서 주문 취소 전화를 드리니까 이제 곧 도착할 거라고 이야기를 하셨죠.
'출발했어요', '출발했어요' 만 반복하고 주문취소 한다고 말을 해도 듣지도 않고 '출발했다고' 만 우기시다가 저도 오기가 생겨서 주문 취소하겠다는 제 말만 하고 전화를 끊었어요.
불과 몇 개월 전의 일입니다. 저는 이 식당의 음식을 먹어본 적은 없어서 음식 품질에 대해서는 평가하지 않겠으나, 고객 응대는 정말 최악이라고 봅니다.
만약 사장님이 이 리뷰들을 유심히 볼 기회가 있으시다면 마음에 드는 부분이 없더라도 제 피드백을 겸허히 받아들여서 좀 더 개선된 모습을 보이셨으면 합니다.

다만 맛이 없다
