What kind of effort does SOFTMILL, Inc. do for continuous maintenance and improvement of the quality? We are continuously improving the products, creating new products, and developing specialized Korean bakery equipment through a research center appointed by the government.
Also, Master Craftsmen of Confectionary Making of our own research center test the product performance and research and develop bakery recipe. What kind of effort does SOFTMILL, Inc. do to train the talented specialized in bakery machinery technology? We are the first company to start the work-study program. Since 2014, we are making contract with Human Resources Development Service of Korea to run work-study program. Through this, we have an integrative and professional system to train the talented through theoretical and practical education all the while working at the field.
