★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 회사에서 외근 나갔다가 우연히 발견한 가게. 첫 방문은 단순히 목적지의 건너편에 있어서 들어가게 되었다. 매장의 첫 인상은 일단 굉장히 단촐해보였다. 바 형식의 사장님 작업대 하나. 커다란 테이블 세개, 스피커 하나. 인테리어에 신경을 쓴 듯 안 쓴 듯한 그 매력이 너무나 편안한 느낌을 만들고 있었다.
이 곳에 높은 평가를 줄 수 있는 이유 중 하나는 사장님이 굉장히 소탈하고 편안하면서 그 분 자체로 굉장히 좋기 때문이다. 커피를 내리는 과정 하나하나를 꽤나 섬세하게 풀어가며넛 자세히 설명해주신다. 준비된 원두의 종류를 하나하나 짚어가면서 원하는 맛을 찾기 위해 노력해주신 점도 너무 좋았다.
또한 일반 프렌차이즈 커피 전문점에서 느낄 수 없는 핸드드립 커피의 매력이 원래 커피를 즐길 줄 모르던 나를 커피에 대해서 공부하게 이끌어 주었다. 사장님 덕분에 지금은 핸드드립도 하고 더치도 내리면서 즐거운 커피 라이프를 즐기고 있다.
개인적으로 여기가면 라떼를 한번 시켜보는 것도 좋을 것 같다. 에스프레소를 프레스로 내려주시는 데 그 모습이 눈으로 보는 즐거움을 준다.

It was also very good that you tried to find the flavor you wanted while pointing out the types of prepared beans one by one.
Also, the charm of hand-drip coffee, which cannot be felt in general franchise coffee shops, led me to study coffee, who did not know how to enjoy coffee. Thanks to the owner, I am enjoying a pleasant coffee life now by dripping hand and pouring Dutch.
Personally, I think it would be good to try a latte when you go here. Espresso is brewed with a press, and it is pleasing to the eye.
