★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.10. CGV영화관, 카페, 식당 등등 복합 상가건물. 지하주차장 주차비 무료이나 차량 주차간격이 좁아서 불편함. 그래도 무료주차라서 부담없이 편리하게 이용할만함.
 2020.10. CGV cinema, cafe, restaurant, etc. Parking fee is free in the underground parking lot, but it is inconvenient because the parking space of the vehicle is narrow. Still, it's free parking, so it's easy to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1층에 스타벅스로 출발해서 청년 다방까지 볼거리 보다는 먹거리 위주인데 먹을 만한게 주위에 가든형 식당들이 워낙 많아서 입주한 식당 업주들만 고생 하는듯....
특이 하게 소담국수집에 새로운 메뉴 엄마가 만든 엄마표 김밥중 땡초 김밥이 쵝오였다능...ㅎㅎ
땡초를 어떻게 한건지 참으로 맛났어요
매운맛의 강도도 조절 가능할듯 합니다
매거운걸로만....ㅎㅎㅎ

특색있는 초밥은 없음
