The sweet and sour pork also smells and I was surprised to see the chicken legs and chicken necks.

특히 탕수육이 맛있네요.
I think it is a well-established restaurant in Hongseong. There is a reason that it was selected as a 100-year store.
Especially sweet and sour pork is delicious.

짜장면은 많이 달지 않은편이며, 삼선짬뽕답게 싱싱한 해산물과 해삼이 인상적이다. 국물은 생각 보다 짜지않고 감칠맛은 적은편이다.

The jjajangmyeon is not very sweet, and the samsun jjambpong fresh seafood and sea cucumber are impressive. The soup is not salty and less tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 홍성 읍내 조양문 및 군청 근처에 위치한 오래된 노포. 화교 출신 주방장이 요리를 전담하고 있다. 이집의 특징은 저렴한 가격에 양질의 요리를 맛볼 수 있다는 점이다. 2021년 기준 일반 식사 4~6천원대이니 정말 저렴하다고 볼 수 있다. 그러니 자장면, 짬뽕, 볶음밥도 무조건 삼선이상 드셔보시길..그래봐야 8천원이다..보통 신도시에서 기본 짬뽕도 8천원이다..삼선으로 안먹을 이유가 없다. 화교출신 주방장님의 해물 잔뜩 넣어 불맛제대로 살린 내공 실린 음식에 맛이 없는게 더 이상하다. 탕수육도 정말 일품인데 정통식으로 소스가 부어 나오나 다 먹을때까지 바삭함이 살아 있으며 주문후 나오는 시간도 정말 빠르니 꼭 한번 가보시길..홍성 방뮨이 처음이라면 추천하고 싶은 식당..지속적으로 운영되어 더 오래된 노포가 되도록 남아있었으면 하는 식당이다.
An old long-established store located near Chaoyangmun and County Office in Hongseong-eup. The Chinese chef is in charge of cooking. The unique feature of this restaurant is that you can enjoy quality cuisine at an affordable price. As of 2021, regular meals ranged from 4 to 6,000 won, so it can be considered really cheap. So, try jajangmyeon, champon, and fried rice unconditionally over three lines.. That's 8,000 won.. Basic champon in a new town is usually 8,000 won.. There is no reason not to eat it with three lines. It is no longer strange that the food served in the interior of the Chinese chef's cooked seafood is not delicious. The sweet and sour pork is also really excellent, but the sauce is poured in a traditional way, but it's crispy until it's finished, and the time it comes out after ordering is really fast. It is a restaurant that I would like to remain to become a long-established store.
