Many places I checked either did not have the merchandise or were not very service oriented. Eventually, I was introduced to this wonderful, family-run bike store in Bangbae-Dong. This is my first time writing a review on the internet. I feel that I have to spread the word of their excellent customer service. When we walked in they greeted us with a big smile, and they patiently showed us all bike models similar to what we were looking for, explaining the pros and cons of each bike. Their advice was not based on price, but rather on what would be a good fit for my size and for my needs. One can see they take pride in the products they are selling. They informed us about the history of Samchuly bikes, and it is good to know they also run a repair shop right next to their showroom. Thank you, Mr. Kim, for giving us a fun shopping experience! The Samchuly company should be very proud to have you as one of their distributors.
