저도마라샹궈 얼얼한맛까지 다 먹는데
이 순대국 꽤 매웠어요

능곡지역에 자주 갑니다.
주변 지인 추천으로 찾아간 동춘옥.
동춘이라하면 인천에 동춘동 . 동춘서커스 등이 생각 나는곳이죠
왼지 오래될것 같은 케묵은 듯한
지역 주민들에게는 이미 입소문이 나 있는 집이더군요
지인들은 짬뽕순대국 전 그냥 순대국밥.
가격은 어디나 비슷하고 메뉴대로 직접 끓였다하니 그맛을 한번 봐야겠지요
굳이 옆사람에 부탁해 매운 국물을 맛보고
별 특별한 맛은 없더군요 조금 매운
숙대국 의 국물을 먼저 맛보는데 일반적으로느끼는 맛은 아니고 약간 진한 느낌이 있읍니다.. 육수라는게 너무 걸죽할수 없고 그러면 먼가를 가미했다고 볼수있으니.
하지만 가끔 물맛 비슷하게 느껴지는곳도 있으니 국물맛은 좋다고 보입니다.
수육은 얇게 잘 썰어 입에서 너무 굴러다니지 안게 부드럽게 맛있었어요
수육의 양도 적지않습니다...
그뒤의 맛은 거의 양념맛이라 .
김치와 반찬들도 시원하고 맜있었어요

짬뽕 순대국은 이게 짬뽕인지 순대국인지 모를 맛인데, 뭔가 조화가 되면서도 또 안되는?
전 이상했어요. 이도저도 아닌맛이라
새우젓이 짜지 않아서 간 맛추기도 힘들었습니다.
배가 엄청 고플때 먹은 것 인데도,
맛이 없었어요ㅠㅡㅠ
순두부는 그냥 김밥천구 순두부찌개가 더 맛있을 것 같아요.
손님은 많던데...엄청 맛집인지는 모르겠어요.
그냥 특이한 정도?
다신 안 갈 것 같아요.

깔끔한 맛, 김치 맛도 좋았어요.
일하시는 젊은 분이 매우 친절하고, 그날 그날 재료 소진하지만 가게를 하신다고 전화 상담도 친절했어요..
