★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예천에 올 때마다 꼭 들르는 맛집. 베트남 안주인 분이 혼자서 10개 정도의 요리를 내주시는데, 손도 빠르고 음식 솜씨도 예사롭지 않아요. 자극적이지 않고 진한 육수에서 풍미가 우러나오는 쌀국수는 기본! 시원한 냉쌀국수도 좋고요! 고소하고 아삭아삭한 식감이 살아 있는 베트남식 부침개!, 한입 베어물면 입안 가득 풍성한 베트남식 바게트 샌드위치 반미! 등등. 질리지 않고 계속 땡기네요. 서울 같은 대도시에 진출하면 대박 나겠다 싶을 정도로 매력이 있습니다. 꼭 드셔보시길 강추~~
A must-try restaurant whenever you come to Yecheon. A Vietnamese hostess cooks about 10 dishes by himself, but the hands are fast and the food skill is not unusual. Rice noodles that are not irritating and have a rich flavor from the broth are basic! Cool cold noodles are also good! A Vietnamese-style pancake with a crisp and crispy texture! etc. It keeps getting bored without getting tired. When you enter a big city like Seoul, it is attractive enough to make you think it will be a big hit. Try it by all means~~

그 맛이 그리웠습니다.
군대 오고나서 베트남 가는건 먼 미래 이야기가 된 것 같아 서러웠을 때
예천이라는 작은 동네에서 베트남 현지의 맛을 찾게 되었습니다.
이렇게 음식을 흡입한건 처음이네요.
국물 맛도 너무 독특하지 않으면서도 이국적이며, 너무 기름지지도 않으면서 진국이네요.
분짜는 흔히 아는 찍어먹는 식이 아닌, 모든걸 스까먹는 방식의 남부식 분짜입니다. 처음 이런 방식으로 먹는데 찍어먹는 북부 하노이식보다 간편합니다. 그래도 숯불에 굽는 고기 방식을 그대로 재현했습니다. 고기에서 불 맛이 강하게 납니다.
이 집에 오면 반 쎄오는 반드시 먹어야 합니다. 현지에서 먹었던 맛 그대로 재현했습니다. 무슨 계란 부침개같은 우리나라 반쎄오와는 다르게 바삭한 계란 부침을 재현했으며 무엇보다 베트남에서만 맛볼 수 있는 그 향을 느낄 수 있습니다.
큰 돈 안 들이고 해외여행 가는 느낌이라서 좋습니다.

When I was sad because it seems like going to Vietnam after military service has become a story in the distant future
I found the local taste of Vietnam in a small town called Yecheon.
This is the first time I have inhaled food like this.
The taste of the broth is also exotic without being too unique, and authentic without being too oily.
Buncha is a southern-style Buncha that skips everything, not the usual dipping method. It's the first time I eat it this way, and it's easier than the northern Hanoi style of dipping. Still, the charcoal grilled meat method was reproduced as it is. The meat has a strong fire taste.
When you come to this house, you must try the Banh Xeo. We reproduced the taste as it was eaten locally. Unlike Korean banh xeo, which is like a fried egg, it reproduces a crispy fried egg, and above all, you can feel the flavor that can only be tasted in Vietnam.
It feels good to travel abroad without spending a lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 베트남 여사장님께서 직접 음식을 만들어 주셔서 그런지 본토 느낌이 들지만 그래도 약간은 한국인 입맛으로 개선 하셨습니다. 추천 요리는 소고기쌀국수와 반미 입니다. 고수(쌍차이)가 필요 하신분은 말씀하시면 드립니다. 예천 맛집 인정입니다.
It feels like the mainland because the Vietnamese president made the food himself, but he improved it a little bit for the Korean taste. Recommended dishes are beef rice noodles and banh mi. If you need a gourd (twin chai), please let us know. It is a restaurant in Yecheon.
