A restaurant specializing in Yangdaechang, or Samgyeopsal is more delicious. It is very good because the charcoal smells good on the meat.

October 30th (Fri) I visited around 7:00 PM, and I had 2 servings of raw samgyeopsal and 1 serving of Makchang.. I think that no matter who eats samgyeopsal, it is recommended. Looks sincere.. Recommended for raw pork..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 종로구청 근처에서는 제법 오래되고 나름 유명한 삼겹살집입니다. 양이나 대창같은 메뉴도 있지만 가격이 만만치는 않습니다. 삼겹살은 삼겹살이라기 보다는 오겹살에 가까워서 고기 끝에 껍질이 붙어있습니다.
개인적으로는 돼지 껍데기는 따로 먹을 때는 그것 자체로도 맛있지만 삼겹살에 붙어 있으면 껍데기 부분만 먼저 딱딱해지기 때문에 씹을 때 약간 걸리적 거립니다. 나름 고기는 맛있는 집이지만 주위에 맛있는 삼겹살집들이 많이 생겨서 비교우위로 본다면 평범한 수준이 된 것 같습니다.
It is a fairly old and famous samgyeopsal restaurant near Jongno-gu Office. There are menus such as Yang and Daechang, but the prices are not high. Samgyeopsal is more like five-gyeopsal rather than samgyeopsal, so the skin is attached to the end of the meat.
Personally, when eaten separately, pork skin itself is delicious, but when it is attached to pork belly, only the skin part becomes hard first, so it takes a little bit when chewing. Meat is delicious, but there are many delicious samgyeopsal restaurants around it, so it seems to have reached a normal level in terms of comparative advantage.
