Clean inside and outside the building, staff and managers? The people are also friendly. I had a car inspection without waiting.

깨끗하고 친절한 그러나
기다리는 삼실에 커피 없어짐
티비도 없고 멍때리거나 폰 만지거나
내가 가져간 물만 마시며 기다림
내년엔 다른 곳 가봐야겠어요

Coffee disappears in the waiting twine
There's no TV, you're blanked out, you're touching your phone,
Waiting while drinking only the water I brought
I have to go somewhere else next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자동차정합검사차 아이랑 같이 방문했는데 1층 대기실에 사람들 많으니 아이랑 3층 대기실로 올라가서 기다리라고 하시고는 사장님께서 직접 차량 등록증과 카드 가져가셔서 일처리 다해주셨어요.. 감사합니다
