★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최고였습니다. 음식 하나하나에 정성이 가득하고 튀거나 불편한 음식 하나 없이 완벽했어요ㅎㅎ 이 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티의 파인다이닝을 찾을 수 있을까요. 너무 행복했습니다. 그리고 술을 어느정도 드시는 분은 전통주 페어링을 꼭 하시는걸 추천드립니다. 화룡점정이라 생각합니다.
It was the best. Each food was full of sincerity, and it was perfect without any fried or uncomfortable foods haha. Can you find this quality fine dining at this price? I was so happy. And if you drink some alcohol, we recommend pairing with traditional sake. I think it is Hwaryongjeomjeong.

Let me go straight to the point. I went to many carteblanche or omakase styles in ??, very few presented a high quality korean based local menu, most of them are either japanese style or full hanoo meat or some heavily based western food. Everything is done with care and it was absolutely delicious.
The 8 course menu is 140k very few extras which can bring it to 170k maximun.
Corkage is 30k which is finally a fair price for this level of restaurant. I saw many other places charging 40k or ridiculously 50k. Their korean based pairing looks great as well (i think it is 70 or 80k).
All dishes were good. The octopus was amazing, caviar with fish jelly, abalone tapioca, the rice, even the sweeties were not thaaaat sweet. So many special mushrooms and delicate ginseng, etc.
An easy 3h30 course. I cant imagine staying there less than 2h30.
Not the most English friendly, but i think you can go and just enjoy the tastes. Decor works but it was almost a miss... who cares, great food and friendly staff.
