j	jini jini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 헬스장을 누가 구글 지도 보고 오겠냐마는 생각나서 한 번 적어봅니다. 여기서 피티 받은 지 벌써 5개월 지났네요. 다이어트 목적으로 찾았는데 10키로 감량했구요, 단순히 살을 빼서 좋은 것 이상으로 먹고 움직이는 것에 대한 전체적인 공부를 잘 한 것 같습니다. 그때 배운 것 바탕으로 유투브보고 조금씩 배워가면서 지금도 직장 근처 헬스장에서 운동 열심히 하고 있습니다. 지금 일주일째 동유럽 여행 중인데 하루에 3,4만보씩 걸어도 전혀 아픈데도 없고 너무 좋아요. 예전 같았으면 관절 다 나가고 머리끝부터 발끝까지 근육통에 시달렸을텐데 말이죠. 여행 중에 구글 지도 보다가 옛날 생각나서 후기 올립니다. 아무 피티나 받으면 돈 아깝지만 이런 좋은 피티 받으면 전혀전혀 아깝지 않아요. 남녀노소 모두에게 진심으로 강추합니다! 특히 멋진 대표님과 저 지도해주신 팀장님! 감사해요! 번창하세요! I remembered who would come to the gym by looking at Google Maps, so I wrote it down. It's already been 5 months since I got a PT here. I found it for the purpose of dieting, but I lost 10 kilos, and it seems that I did a good job studying the whole thing about eating and moving more than just losing weight. Based on what I learned back then, I watched YouTube and learned little by little, and I am still working out hard at the gym near my workplace. I'm traveling in Eastern Europe for a week now, and even if I walk 34,000 steps a day, I don't feel any pain at all and it's so good. In the past, I would have lost all my joints and suffered from muscle pain from head to toe. When I was traveling, I looked at Google Maps and thought of the old days and posted a review. It's a waste of money if you get any pitti, but if you get a good pit like this, it's not wasted at all. I sincerely recommend it to everyone of all ages! Especially the wonderful representative and the team leader who guided me! Thank you! Thrive!
