식 당일 아침에가니 예약이 안되있다고하더군요. 종이를 뒤적뒤적 거리며, 예약자명을 말해도 모르고 예약금 입금했냐는 말만 하네요. 문자를 보여주니 그제서야 뭔가 잘못됐다는걸 깨닳고 움직입니다. 일찍 도착하셨던 부모님은 영문도 모르고 홀대 받았네요.
메이크업 받는동안 내내 '추가 이시죠?' 라는 말을 들었습니다. '예약이 잘못됐는데요' 하니 죄송하다 하네요. 다른분들 전부 예약된대로 딱딱 진행되는데, 우린 예약자임에도 불구하고 곁다리 취급받는게 결혼식 당일 아침부터 기분 더럽더군요.
전반적으로 실력들 출중하신분들입니다. 그런데 결혼전 메이크업샵에서 실력이 50이면 일정과 시간엄수도 50이에요. 진짜 인생에서 중요한순간을 말도안되는 업체의 실수로 조질뻔했습니다.
사과는 여러번 받았지만.. 주변사람들에겐 극구 말리고 싶네요.
I made a reservation about 2 months before the wedding. I paid the entire reservation fee.
When I went in the morning of the day of the meal, they said that there were no reservations. They are rummaging through the papers and saying that they have paid the deposit without knowing the name of the person making the reservation. After showing the text message, he realizes that something is wrong and moves. My parents, who arrived early, did not even know English and were neglected.
Throughout the makeup process, I was like, 'Are you extra?' I heard that I'm sorry to say 'the reservation is wrong'. Everyone else is proceeding as scheduled, but even though we had reservations, being treated as a sidekick from the morning of the wedding day made me feel bad.
Overall, they are talented people. However, if you have 50 skills at the makeup shop before marriage, your schedule and punctuality are also 50. I almost jeopardized an important moment in my real life with the mistake of a nonsensical company.
I have received apologies many times, but I really want to stop it from the people around me.
