저번주에도 죽다 이거 먹고 살아났네요.
빨간거 하얀거 둘다 맑은 대구탕입니다.
뭘 먹어도 만족스러우실겁니다.
전 하얀거 위주로 먹지만 빨간거도 좋습니다.
술 드시고 속 부대끼시는 분들은 얼릉 가보세요.ㅋㅋㅋ

방자식당은 20년 이상 그 맛을 지켜왔고, 식당 사장님은 수익으로, 손님은 맛으로 댓가를 충분히 받는다.
참 기분좋다 대접받는 느낌이.
항상 제공되는 가자미회, 오징어숙회는 여기가 포항이라는 것을 알려준다.
상에 먼저 올려주는 조연에 혼줄놓고 먹다보면, 스윽 나타나는 뚝배기가
"내가 바로 주연이다"하고 주장한다.
한눈에 봐도 물 좋은 생물 대구가 뚝배기 안에서 반짝인다.
맑은탕과 매운탕 두 주연이 주인을 만나고, 주인은 입은 있으나 말이없다.
많은 양에 압도되었으나, 벌써 바닥이 보이는 신기한 경험이다.
영업장을 옮기면 자칫 경영애로가 생길 수도 있는데 사장님은 얼마나 고민했을까.
대단한 용기로 깨끗하고 편안한 자리를 제공해 주신 사장님께 감사드린다.
건강하게 오랫동안 자리 지켜 주시고, 맛이 한결같기를 바란다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 비린내 없이 시원하고 감칠맛이 풍부한 생대구탕을 즐길 수 있습니다. 주차장엔 10대 가량 주차할 수 있네요. 1인상 주문이 안되는 점은 아쉬운 점입니다.
You can enjoy a fresh and rich raw Daegu bath without a fishy smell. You can park about 10 cars in the parking lot. It is regrettable that orders cannot be made for one person.

지리와 매운탕 두가지가 있는데 개인적으로 지리가 더 맛있음.
