★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 덕정역 바로 앞이라 교통이 편하고 1층에 편의점과 약국이 있고 그 옆으로 시장과 식당 가깝고 편리합니다.
단점은 주차장이 협소하고 청소가 원할하지 않아 5~6년된 오피스텔인데 엘레베이터와 복도가 10년은 된 것 같은 추레함이 있습니다.
그리고 청소등 관리가 잘되지 않는데 관리비가 서울 왠만한 오피스텔 같이 비쌉니다.
 It is right in front of Deokjeong Station, so transportation is convenient, and there is a convenience store and a drugstore on the first floor, and the market and restaurant next to it are close and convenient.
The downside is that the parking lot is narrow and the cleaning is not smooth, so it's a 5-6 year old officetel, but the elevator and hallways have an old-fashioned look as if they're 10 years old.
Also, cleaning and maintenance are not good, but the maintenance fee is expensive like most officetels in Seoul.
