홍	홍의진 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전자제품을 구입하려 들렀는데 직원들의 불친절과 퉁명스러움에 놀랐습니다 아직도 이런 마음으로 매장을 운영하는곳이 있다는데에 놀랐고 두번 다시 이곳은 찾지 않으렵니다 이곳 때문에 다른 롯데 하이마트 매장이 걱정 되는군요 I stopped by to buy electronics, but I was amazed by the unkindness and bluntness of the staff. I was surprised that there is still a store that operates with this mind, and I will never visit this place again. I’m worried about other Lotte Hi-Mart stores because of this place.

홍	홍의진 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전자제품 구입차 입구에 들어서니 손바닥으로 체온 검사후 안내직원의 안내로 제품을 보고난 후 다른 제품을 보던중 용도를 몰라 부근에 있던 직원에게 물어보는데 그 직원 답변이 당돌하게 질문이 채 끝나기도 전에 찾고자 하는 사양이 아니니 옆쪽으로 안내하며 손에 들려 있던 부품을 뺏다시피 가져가 버리더군요 그래서 다른 질문을 하니 역시 퉁명스럽고 답답하다는 듯이 답변 하기에 재차 질문을 해도 성의 없는 답변만 돌아 왔기에 참 무안하기도 하고 직원이 괘씸하기도 하여 구입하려던 마음이 없어지더군요 아직도 이런 매장이 있다는데 놀라웠고 나이 들고 허술한 옷차림이 그 직원들 보기에 우습게 보였을까라는 생각을 해보게 하는 시간이었습니다 롯대하이마트에서 발급한 카드를 앞으로는 쓰고 싶은 생각이 안들게 하는 시간이었습니다 When I entered the entrance of an electronic product purchase car, I checked the body temperature with the palm of my hand, and after looking at the product with the guidance of the guide staff, I was looking at other products and I did not know the purpose of the product, so I asked a nearby employee.
