★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조용하고 대단지 구성이며 서울 경기권 출퇴근 하기 좋은 교통 여건을 가지고 있으며 단지내 사운나. 헬스장. 스크린골프.실내체육관.키즈카페등 주민이면 누구나 저렴하게 커피를 먹을수있는 카페도 있답니다
 Quiet, large complex, with good traffic conditions for commuting to and from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and a sauna in the complex. gym. There are also cafes where anyone can eat coffee at a reasonable price, such as screen golf, indoor gymnasium, and kids cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주차장 부족으로 차를 대놓으면 불법주차 스티커 붙혀 놓는 이상한 아파트. 애초 주차공간을 잘못 기획한 것을 주민들이 피해보고 있음. 굴곡이 너무 많아서 몇개 동은 오래 거주하기 힘들 듯. (세입자 자주 바뀔 듯)별 한개도 아까움.
A strange apartment that puts illegal parking stickers on when you park your car due to lack of parking. Residents are avoiding the wrong planning of the parking space in the first place. There are so many curves that it seems difficult to live in some buildings for a long time. (The tenant seems to change frequently) Not even one star is worth it.

커뮤니티 센터 - 주민전용 카페, 헬스장, 체육관 등
바로 옆이 산이라 등산하기 좋음
[단점]
세대 수 대비 주차장 좁음
단지 구조가 복잡하여 외지인들이 어려움을 겪음

장점
☆ 개선되는 학군(단지 내 시립 어린이집 7세까지 이용가능, 지근거리 초등학교, 25년 개교 예정되어 있는 중학교)
☆ 자가를 운용하면 매우 좋은 교통.
☆ 서울 중심가 접근성 좋음.(광역버스가 매우 잘 되어 있음)
☆ 지방 출장시 매우 좋은 위치, 수원신갈ic바로 옆, 대한민국
중심에 가까우므로 출장거리 감소.
☆ 시설 좋고 넓은 헬스장, 실내체육관, 소소한 도서관(아이들, 시간이 필요한 직장인용), 영유아용 키즈카페, 코로나로인해 운항이 중단된 사우나..(빨랑좀 열어줬으면..), 그 밖에 단지민을 위한 프로그램들(발레, 줄넘기 등등)
☆ 넓은 주차자리(차 넣기 편안..)
단점
☆ 주차공간, 하지만 등록 안된 주차차량을 조사하여 등록안된 차량 적발을 하는 등 관리하기위한 모습이 보이고 있음.(1세대 1대 주차보다 많은 주차장이 구비되어있지만, 잘사는 분들이 많은지 밤마다 부족한 주차 공간...)
☆ 아파트들 간의 고도 차 (산을 깍아 만들었으므로 어쩔 수 없는 부분..)
☆ 오피스텔에서 생활하던 사람에겐 부족한 인프라....
(영화관, 대형할인매장, 백화점, 프리미엄아울렛, 이케아, 코스트코 차를 타고 3~6km정도 이동해야함)

Advantages
☆ School districts to improve
☆ Very good transportation if you operate your own car.
☆ Good access to the center of Seoul. (The bus is very good)
☆ Very good location for local business trip, right next to Suwon Singal IC, Korea
Because it is close to the center, business trip distance is reduced.
☆ Well-equipped and spacious gym, indoor gymnasium, small library (for children and office workers who need time), kids cafe for infants and toddlers, sauna that has been suspended due to Corona... Programs for (ballet, jumping rope, etc.)
☆ Ample parking space (easy to put car in..)
disadvantage
☆ There is a parking space, but it is showing a way to manage, such as investigating unregistered parking vehicles and discovering unregistered vehicles. space...)
☆ Altitude difference between apartments (an unavoidable part because it was made by cutting a mountain..)
☆ Infrastructure lacking for people living in officetels....
(You need to travel 3~6km by car to movie theaters, large discount stores, department stores, premium outlets, IKEA, or Costco)
