홍	홍현관 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 옛 그 자리는 설릉탕 식당어었는데 ~ ~ 임대인의 갑질로 더이상 그 맛을 볼수 없었고, 벌받아 오래동안 흉한 상가로 있다가 어느날 고향갈비집이 들어 왔습니다. 진한 사골을 잊을수 없었는지 나도 모르게 도착하여 보니 그곳에는 사골 냄새가 아닌 은근한 김치찌게 냄새로 ~ 몸에 이끌려 따라 시켰는데 상상 이상으로 맛깔스러웠고,, 바글뽀글 끓는 묵은 김치속엔 돼지 고기 덩어리가 있어 왜 가위와 집게를 줬는지 알수 있었습니다. 그때가 점심무렵이었는데 택시/택배/우채국 직원 등이 혼자 먹는데도 주인장(주방담당)과 써빙 직원이 친절했습니다.
