Very quick service. I didn't count, but I got a new pair of glasses with eye test included in about 20 minutes in total I guess? They said it would take longer, but by the time I drank my complimentary drink on the second floor, my new glasses were ready. Fluent English service, including the detailed explanation of what each type of lense/coating does etc.
Best deal around I think. Ground floor already has lots of variety, you can check out the upper floors for imported frames, though.
