민원인들은 항상 공무원들 불친절하다는게 이야기꺼리였는데 등본한통을 발급받아도 친절히잘 대해주시는게 인상적이었습니다.
진상부리는 민원인도 얼굴 붉히지 않고 안내하는 모습이 기억에 남네요^^
타 공무원의 모범이 많은 곳인거 같아요
