★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 춘천에서 10년을 살았던 닭갈비를 사랑하는 청년입니다. 제가 좋아하는 닭갈비 스타일이 그만큼 확고하기때문에 왠만한 닭갈비집에서는 맛있다는 느낌을 얻지 못했습니다. 덕분에 서울에서 먹었던 닭갈비는 거의 다 실패했다죠 ^^; 그런데 이번에 원주에 내려가 우연히 먹어보게된 이곳 닭갈비는 예상을 깨고 맛있다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 기본적으로 나오는 쌈들은 손질되어 나와서 깨끗하다는 느낌이 들었고 고추와 마늘은 말라있지않았습니다. 신선하다는 느낌이 강했습니다. 메인인 닭갈비역시 먹기좋은 크기에 맛있는 양념이었습니다. 그리고 마지막 클라이막스인 밥볶음! 감동인 부분은 밥의 누른부분을 돌돌돌 말아서 접시에 한번씩 올려주시고 나머지 부분은 판 안에서 말아주시는 세심함. 왜 이곳이 숨은 맛집인지 알 것 같았습니다 ^^ 정말, 원주에사 닭갈비를 드신다면 꼭! 가서 드셔보세요.
He is a young man who loves chicken ribs who lived in Chuncheon for 10 years. My favorite Dakgalbi style is that firm, so I couldn't get the taste of it at any Dakgalbi restaurant. Thanks to that, almost all of the chicken ribs I ate in Seoul failed ^^; But this time I went down to Wonju and tried it by chance, and I realized that the chicken ribs were delicious after breaking my expectations. Basically, the rolls that came out were trimmed and felt clean, and the pepper and garlic were not dry. I had a strong feeling of freshness. The main chicken rib was also a good size to eat and a delicious seasoning. And the last climax, stir-fried rice! For the touching part, roll the pressed part of the rice and put it on a plate one by one, and roll the rest of the part inside the plate. I thought I knew why this place is a hidden restaurant ^^ Really, if you eat chicken ribs in Wonju, definitely! Go and try it.
