H	Hyuk Heo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 세 번째 방문. 모듬곱창 2인분 + 볶음밥 2인. 신선한 염통은 너무 익기 전에 미디움 웰던로 촉촉하게, 고소한 곱이 가득한 곱창은 소금장이나 간장소스와 함께, 달달한 지방 가득한 대창은 간장소스에, 쫄깃한 막창은 소금장과 찰떡궁합. 느끼함을 잡아주는 부추부추. 밑반찬으로 나오는 천엽도 그냥 먹기 힘들 땐 불판에 올려 쫄깃쫄깃하게 먹는 꿀팁.(생간은 패스) 마무리는 볶음밥. 불판 테두리에 계란물이 부어 나오는데 그냥 통으로 익을때 까지 기다리는 것 보다 중간 중간 수저로 저어주며 스크램블 같이 만들어 잘 눌은 볶음밥과 먹으면 타지도 않고 더 맛나욤!
