그 뒤에 상태가 구리니 도배해줘야한다 요구.
제가 세입자고 방을 빼서 나오는 상황이라 그런지
일처리하는 방식이 상당히 양아치스러웠네요.
거기다 부동산 중개업자면서
자긴 책임지기 싫으니까 주인과 직접 처리하는게 좋을거 같다고 선긋는 무책임함까지.. 복비내는쪽은 내가 아니라 집주인이라 이건가..
복비 지불하실때면 잘해주실듯 하나
(이마저도 문제생기면 어찌나올지)
방 뺄때는 여기에 의뢰하지 않는게 정신건강에 이로울듯요.
