★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이마트, 홈플러스,코스트코 혁신점 모두 가깝습니다. 전 코스트코 자주가는데 차량으로 10분 정도면 도착가능해요! 휴포레는 신혼부부가 많이 입주해 있구요. 집알아보고있다면 고민하지말고 절대 후회안합니다. 살기 너무 좋습니다. 특히 교통이 짱!
대중교통 편리합니다. 도보로 지하철역 노노! 지하철이용시 바로 앞 버스타면 임당역 및 정평역 3분~5분 입니다. 역세권(도보5분~10분거리) 왠만한 역세권 저리가라입니다.
이제 점점 더 좋아지고 있네요. 2020년 8월 20일 완공 내외리버스퀘어 제1종,2종 근린생활시설 생기고 휴포레 바로 앞에 생기고 아주 좋습니다^^ 대임지구 완성되면 더 좋아지겠죠.
단지내 어린이 워터파크 있구요. 주차장은 지하1층 2층으로되어있습니다. 저녁에 늦으면 지하1층 주차가 불가능 지하2층도 거의 꽉 ㅋ 입주 90%이상 되었습니다.
경산아파트 다 둘러봤는데 협성휴포레는 전세대 확장형으로 구조 수납공간 완전 만족합니다. 여름에 시원하구요. 통풍 짱입니다.
E-Mart, Home Plus and Costco Innovation are all close by. I often go to Costco and it'll take about 10 minutes by car! Hufore has a lot of newlyweds. If you're looking at a house, don't worry and never regret it. Too good to live. Especially the traffic is great!
Convenient public transportation. Subway station Nono on foot! If you take the bus right in front of the subway, Imdang station and Jeongpyeong station are 3 ~ 5 minutes. A train station (5 minutes to 10 minutes on foot)
It's getting better now. Completion of August 20, 2020 Internal and external reverse square 1st class, 2nd class neighborhood living facilities are created and just right in front of Hufore ^^ It will be better when the Daegu district is completed.
There's just a water park for my children. The parking lot is located on the first basement floor and the second floor. Late in the evening, parking is not possible on the first basement floor. The second floor is almost full.
I looked around Gyeongsan apartment, but Hyupsung Hupore is extended to all generations and it satisfies the structure storage space. It's cool in summer. It is gout-chan.
