보통 중국집 면보다 많이 부드러웠어요
식감도 좋고 짬뽕도 강한맛보다는 부드러운?
휴무날 사우나 하고 점심으로 갔던곳 숨은 맛집.
하나 더 찾은느낌!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 비가 오는 날이라 뜨근뜨끈한 짬뽕이 땡겨 이곳을 찾았다. 전에 몇 번 와 봤던 곳이라 길 찾기는 쉬웠다. 큰 길 가에 있고 주차면적도 커서 차10대 정도는 충분히 델 수 있다.
차돌박이 짬뽕을 시켰는데 금새 요리가 되어 나왔다. 고기 때문인지 짬뽕에 기름이 너무 많아 짬뽕만의 맛을 느낄 수는 없었다. 그저 고기를 함께 씹어 먹는다는 느낌이 많이 들었다.
단무지 몇 개에 양파 몇 조각 썰어 나오는게 성의는 없어 보인다.
면은 굵기가 들쭉날쭉이였다. 손으로 직접 뽑은 짬뽕면은 다 이런가?
홍합 몇개가 보이던데 깨끗히 씻은게 아니라는 생각이 들었다. 면을 다 건져 먹고 무한리필이 되는 공기밥 한그릇을 퍼와 국물에 말아 먹었는데 육수맛이 그래도 면 보다는 낫았다.
8,500원이라는 값이 이지역에서는 그래도 비싸다는 생각이 들었는데 공기밥 한그릇 서비스가 이를 잊게 하더라.
