김	김주연 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 김포로 이사온지 7년쯤 지난것 같습니다. 칼국수를 유난히 좋아하던 터라 어느곳이던 칼국수 집이 있는 곳은 들어가서 맛을 보곤 합니다. 몇년 전 검단을 가다가 우연찮게 발견한 가현산 칼국수집에서 팥 칼국수를 먹고난 이후에는 영원한 단골이 되서 오늘도 아내와 함께 들려 팥칼국수와 검은콩국수 한그릇 먹고 왔습니다. 워낙 유명한 곳이라서 한번쯤 다녀가신 분들은 왜! 손님이 많은지 이유를 아실겁니다. 사장님의 진정함과 식재료의 진솔함이죠 변함없이 처음 맛 그대로를 이어가며 손님들에게 찬사를 받은 이유는 인품이 선하신 사장님의 고집스런 칼국수에 대한 자긍심과 양심이라 생각합니다. 장사가 된다 싶으면 저렴한 식재료를 바꿔가며 원 맛을 상실케 하는 여느 음식점하고는 퀄리티가 다른 가현산 칼국수 사장님께 감사 드립니다. It's a very famous place, so why would anyone who visited it at least once? You know why there are so many customers. The boss’s sincerity and the sincerity of the ingredients. I think it is the pride and conscience for the stubborn Kalguksu. If you want to become a business, I would like to thank the president of Kahyeon-produced Kalguksu, whose quality is different from other restaurants that lose the original taste by changing cheap ingredients.
