★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a bed...was woken up 2 times while sleeping and told my bed was already reserved. Reconfirmed my room number 2 times with staff, turns out my room was overbooked. At 2am this is unnacceptable. I speak Korean semi-fluently so there was no miscommunication between myself and the staff...No disrespect to the other guests, but the sleeping situation seems to be mismanaged. If i had arrived earlier in the day and claimed a bed maybe this wouldn't have happened. If you decide to stay here, arrive early in the day and stake your bed. It's early in the morning and I've decided to sleep in my car to avoid being moved again. Will be asking for a refund in the morning...
