2. 샤워실, 개수대, 화장실 등 전반적인 시설이 좋다.
3. 푸른 계절은 초록 잔디와 함께 정말 이쁘고 아이들이 뛰어 놀 공간이 정말 넓다.
4. 바람이 많이 불때는 정말 힘들다.
5. 동계에는 마른 잔디 부스러기가 텐트, 그라운드 시트 할 것 없이 달라붙어서 정말 귀찮다.
