Since 1979 모래내 소문난갈비
모래내 시장이 많이 헐리면서 전통 노포들이 많이 사라졌지만 산해정, 본전회관, 모래내갈비 등 30년 넘은 갈비집들은 아직 존재한다.
아쉽게도 코로나19의 여파로 저녁 시간에 매우 한산 하다.
#소문난갈비
2대째 운영 하고 있으며, 돼지갈비와 항성살, 주물럭, 안창살,왕소갈비가 메인이다.
2년전에 리뉴얼로 노포지만 깔끔하고, 청결하게 운영 되고 있다.
사실 간장 베이스 양념의 돼지갈비 단짠의 맛이 거기서 거기지만 세심한 손놀림이 차이는 극명하다.
칼집이 내져 있지 않은 갈비에 수시로 오셔서 가위로 칼집을 내 주시고, 투박하게 등장한 묵은지와 파김치를 손수 잘라 주시는데 갈비와 주물럭과 참으로 조화가 좋다.
된장찌개 또한 세심한 플레이팅으로 먹기도 전에 맛있어 보이며, 역시나 깊은 된장맛에 감동했다.
한 때 일본방송에 소개 되어 일본 관광객들의 필수코스로 여길 만큼 인산인해를 이루었지만, 코로나 여파로 인항혀 관광객이 뚝 끊겨서 아쉬움을 자아냈다.
각종 마케팅과 기획형 식당의 외식업 세계에서 이런 본질이 강한 식당이 살아 남길 간절히 염원한다.
