고기를 추가할때마다 등급이 조금 다른 느낌이라해야되나 균일하다는 느낌은 없었어요
식당이 오래되다보니 내부가 깔끔하진 않아요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대략 35년전 국민학교때 4학년 땐가 아버지 월급날 처음가서 처음으로 돼지갈비를 먹고 너무나 환상적인 맛에 다음 아버지 월급날을 손꼽아 기다렸읍니다.
중2때 버스 3정거장 이사하고 못갔었는데 2~3달전 근처 지나다가 지금도 영업하시기에 저녁을 먹은 직후라도 추억삼아 3명이 돼지갈비 2인분을 시켜먹고 깜놀하여 오늘 시간내서 아들과 배터지게 먹었읍니다.
여기 대호정 이후로 인테리어 소장 일하며 강남 중심이지만 전국을 다녀 보아도 식용본드에 목살 붙인 모양만 아리따운 짝퉁 갈비만 먹었는데 여기는 지금도 진짜 돼지갈비이고, 맛도 1984년 쯤의 그맛 그대로여서 너무나 맛있었읍니다.
단지 하나 아시운 점은 제 기억이 정확한지 모르겠지만 옛날엔 참숮인지 몰라도 진짜 나무숯이라 소세지 훈제향도 나서 더 맛있었던거 같은데 지금은 백탄이라 훈연의 맛은 없더군요.
옛날 갔을때 내나이 보다 더 나이 먹은 중3 아들과 추억을 회상하며 변함없이 맛있는 진퉁 돼지갈비 오랜만에 맛있게 먹었읍니다.
About 35 years ago, when I was in 4th grade, I went to my father's salary for the first time and ate pork ribs for the first time.
In 2nd time, I couldn't move to 3 bus stops, but I passed by two or three months ago. Even after dinner, three people made two meals of pork ribs just for dinner.
I've been working as an interior director since Daehojeong, but in the center of Gangnam, I've only eaten beautiful ribs with the shape of a chopped bond on the edible bond, and it's still a real pork rib.
The only thing I know is that I don't know if I remember it correctly, but in the old days, it was a real charcoal.
When I went to old age, I was older than my age, and I remembered my memories with my three sons.

입구에 점심특선 오징어쌈밥 8천원 붙어있어서
먹어봤는데 밑반찬도 글코 먹을만해요~
한끼 식사로 나쁘지 않네요~

I ate it but the side dishes are good too
