★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 숨어있는 홍성의 맛집이에요. 저렴하고 맛있는 살치살 먹으러 자주 갑니다. 특히 홍성전통시장 초입에 있어 찾기도 쉽습니다. 살치살은 아마 특수부위를 주문하면 다른 살과 1/2또는 1/3 정도씩 나온답니다(제가 주문을 잘 안 해서 모르겠네요). 작은 식당이긴 하나 맛은 결코 작지 않은 곳입니다. 육회는 빨간 양념이 아닌 설탕으로 양념한 것입니다. 가끔 지나치게 달게 나올 때도 있지만 마늘맛과 육회 고유의 향을 느낄 수 있어 다른 집보다 선호합니다. 많은 사람들이 방송에 나온 내당한우를 찾지만 전 가성비 좋은 한우농장정육식당을 찾는 편입니다.
It's a hidden restaurant. I often go for cheap and delicious meat. Especially at the beginning of Hongseong Traditional Market, it is easy to find. The flesh meat is probably 1/2 or 1/3 of the other flesh when you order special parts (I don't know because I didn't order it). It's a small restaurant but the taste is never small. Meat sashimi is seasoned with sugar, not red sauce. Sometimes it's overly sweet, but it's preferred to other homes because of its garlic flavor and the unique aroma. A lot of people find Nae-dang-woo on TV, but I tend to find a good-value Hanwoo Farm Meat Restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고기는 이래야 한우죠 부드럽고 맛있어요 육즙이 완전 여기에 청양고추 얹어서 먹음 금상첨화 완전맛나요 메콤한게 느끼한맛을 잡아주고 마늘과함께 먹음 딱이에요 일단 마늘은 밤같아요 후식으로 냉면보다는 공기밥 드세요 된장찌개와 함께 나옵니다 제가 4점을 준이유는 공기밥이 된장찌개포함해서 2천원인데 차돌된장을 시킴 밥도 안나오고 5천원 별차이는 없는데 맛이 똑같아요 차돌 들간차이 이래저래 좀 차이가 있어서 4점줬어모
The meat is the Hanwoo. The Hanwoo is soft and delicious. It is full of juice. It is made by putting Cheongyang pepper on it. It is delicious. It is perfect. It is delicious. It catches the flavor of mexicom and makes it taste with garlic. It is like garlic at night. The reason I gave the point is that it is 2,000 won including rice miso soup, but there is no rice cooked. I do not get 5,000 won, but the taste is the same.

A place where you can eat cow Korean beef. It's not bad for the price, and the side dishes are delicious. Doenjang-jjigae, Nurungji, and Tteok-guk for dessert are other delicacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다고들 하는데 잘 모르겠고, 종업원은 화가 잔뜩 나있어서 주문하는데 눈치보여서 제대로 시키지도 못하고. 밑반찬도 형편 없네요. 육개장은 맹물에 고기 좀 넣고 고추가루 좀 타서 내온 듯. 두 번 다시 가서는 안될 곳.
They say it's delicious, but I don't know, and the employee is so angry that I can't even order it properly because I'm noticing it. Side dishes are not good either. Yukgaejang seems to have been served with some meat in fresh water and some chili powder. A place never to go again.

질도 좋고 양도 많고 무엇보다 사장님이 친절하세요
살치살을 좋아하는데 단품으로는 살 수 없어요
그래도 모둠으로 양도 많이 주셔서 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 :)
It's a shop with a butcher shop, so I often buy meat, but it's much better than the mart or other stores.
The quality is good, the quantity is good, and above all, the owner is kind
I like salchi meat, but I can't buy it alone.
Still, they gave me a lot of food as a group, so I ate it well :)
