★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다른 건 다 괜찮지만 주차문제가 심각하다. 주위에 상가가 조심씩 활성화되면서 주차할 곳이 점점 더 없어지고 있다.
 Everything else is fine but parking is serious. With the shopping streets being carefully activated around them, there are more and more places to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건축이 약 30년 가까이 경과된 오래된 아파트다.
우선 주차면이 많이 부족하여 불편하고, 단지내 상가도세탁소,부동산 등 부족하다. 인근 상가는 오래되고 이용이 불편한 점이 있다.
진출입도로도 불편한 점이 있다.
대공원과 식당,학군들은 인접하여, 편리한 점이 있다.
It is an old apartment building, which is about 30 years old.
First of all, there is a lot of parking space, which is inconvenient. Nearby shopping malls are old and inconvenient to use.
There is also an inconvenience on entry and exit roads.
The Grand Park, restaurants, and school districts are adjacent and convenient.
