 I like the cafe on the 1st floor (the boss is very friendly). Building cleaning management is good. There is a library in Daedeok Special Zone on the second floor, so it is good to find valuable overseas information.

It is pleasant and there is a cafe on the first floor and I visit often to use Kookmin Bank. If you leave within 30 minutes, there is no parking fee. If you park more than 30 minutes, you will need to pay the parking fee by credit card. You can get a free parking card when using the bank.
