사	사탕발림 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제품이 고장이 나지 않고 계속 사용할 수 있으면 괜찮을 수 있지만(고장이 잘 나요), 제품이 고장이 한번 나면 무척 힘이 듭니다. A/S는 연락이 잘 되지 않고, 번호를 남겨도 전화가 오지 않습니다. 내 번호를 인식하는지, 같은 번호로 전화하면 전화하기 힘들고, 다른 번호로 하면 간신히 한번 연락이 됩니다. A/S 센터는 지방에 한 군데 밖에 없고, 택배도 지정택배를 이용해야 하는데, 택배회사도 이 제품을 받지 못한다는 말을 하고, 택배기사에게 그 회사에 연락해서 알아봐 달라고 해서 간신히 택배를 보내는데도 택배비도 비싸게 내야 합니다. 제 개인적인 생각으로는 더 이상 이 회사 제품을 사용하기 싫습니다. 고장이 난 것도 이해하기 어려운 부분에서 고장이 나서 물어봤더니 무조건 소비자의 과실로 말을 하네요. 보국전자는 너무 자부심이 강한 제품만 만드나 봅니다. A/S cannot be reached well, and the phone does not come even if I leave the number. If it recognizes my number, it is difficult to call if you call the same number, and if you call another number, you will barely be contacted once. There is only one A/S center in the province, and the courier has to use the designated courier, but the courier company also tells that it cannot receive this product, and he barely sends the courier by asking the courier to contact the company to find out. You will also have to pay expensive courier fees. In my personal opinion, I don't want to use this company anymore. It is also difficult to understand that there is a breakdown, so when I ask for it, I unconditionally say it at the fault of the consumer. It seems that Bokuk Electronics only makes products that are too proud.
