★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아침에 드라이브 삼아 들렀던 곳입니다. 문무대왕릉이 보이는 곳에 아들인 신문왕이 옥대와 만파식적을 받은 곳이라고 하지요. 훗날 왕들은 이 곳에서 국가를 위한 제를 올렸다고 합니다. 지금도 해안에는 굿당이 많고 사람들의 염원을 담은 굿을 지내곤 하더군요. 동해안의 전형적인 해안지형인 해안단구, 사빈, 석호 등을 볼 수 있는 곳입니다.
